Hola! Since I use foundations occasionally, I’m a sucker for good BB creams. I have been using the L.A. Girl Pro BB ream for quite sometime now and thought it’s about time I reviewed it. Without any further ado, let us jump right into the review now.
Price: Rs.650 for 30ml
Packaging: The BB cream comes in a tube packaging and can be carried around easily. The tube indicates the amount of product that is left, which is always helpful.
Shade Range: The L.A. Girl BB Cream comes in 8 different shades. I bought the shade neutral and fortunately, it suits me perfectly! They’ve shades ranging from light to dark, so I’m sure everyone will find one that suits them.
Texture: The BB cream goes on really smooth and can be blended in with your fingers, a brush or beauty blender. I’ve used my fingers to blend the cream in the picture below. It is very lightweight and feels like you’re wearing nothing at all!
Coverage: This product offers medium coverage, which is buildable. You need very little quantity for your entire face. It’s almost like using a foundation.
Staying Power and Fragrance: The cream stays on for a good 7-8 hours. It has some fragrance but it doesn’t last and hence is not a problem.

Suitability: According to me, this product is suitable for all skin types. It gives a lovely finish and is moisturizing. Oily skinned ladies can always use a compact.
My Experience:
I’ve been loving this BB cream, it is also something I used on my birthday! It gives a beautiful dewy finish, which I’m all for. It is extremely lightweight and leaves my skin looking healthy and glowing.

The price is a bit steep for a BB cream, but since you need very little of it, it’s going to last for a long time.
Let us now sum up the pros and cons.
Pros:
- Light weight
- Blends easily
- Moisturizing
- Medium coverage
- Long lasting
- Simple packaging
- Wide shade range
- Cruelty, paraben and fragrance free
Cons:
- Expensive
- Not matte, if that’s something you want
Conclusion:
If you do not like using foundations on a daily basis and are looking for something light, this is the product for you!

I want to buy this but hesitant because of the non-matte factor!! *perks of being an oily skinned person* 🙈🙈

I find foundations a little heavy and for my oily skin I need a matte foundation but I like BB creams and CC creams these feel light and have a descent coverage. I like the Loreal BB cream there are a few versions that are available I have not tried the LA Girl though. 🙂

True, I too prefer BB creams over foundations, especially for daily basis.
I’ll try out the L’Oreal BB cream next!
