Hola! How are you guys doing? I love using blushes on a daily basis to add a flush of colour to my cheeks. And so today, I’m going to review the Bharat and Dorris Blusher in the shade 04 for you guys. This is their powder blush, which comes in around 15 different shades! Without any further ado, let us jump right into the review now.
Price: Rs.500 for 5.2gms
Packaging: The blush comes in a round pan with black see through packaging. It is sturdy and can easily be carried around in your bag. The product is packaged in a simple black cardboard box, which also has a detailed ingredients list on the back.
Shade: Since they offer a huge shade range, selecting the right one online was quite a task! But the shade 04 will be perfect for fair to medium skin tones. It is a lovely pink shade, which is completely matte and hence perfect for daily wear.
Texture: The blush is very finely milled and smooth. It is easy to apply and will in no way accentuate your pores.
Pigmentation: The product is not very pigmented, but that is exactly how I like my blushes to be! This way it lets me gradually build up the colour to my liking and I never end up with clown-like cheeks. I think the pigmentation is just perfect.
Staying power and Fragrance: The blush stays on me for about 3-4 hours after application. I do wish it stayed on for longer and lasted the entire day! It does have a mild fragrance in the pan but once you have it on, there’s no smell at all.
The blush is apt for daily wear and I love this shade! It helps me get those naturally flushed cheeks; I am a huge fan of. I love that it’s buildable which makes it perfect for beginners as well. Let us now sum up the pros and cons.
- Great shade for daily wear
- Pigmentation is perfect
- Finely milled
- No patchiness
- Blends easily
- Huge shade range
- Doesn’t last for long
- Not easily available
Since they have a variety of shades to offer, I’m sure you can find one for yourself! The shade 04 would be a perfect shade for fair to medium skin tones. Go for it if you are on the look out for a natural looking blush!
