Rivela Tint Sunscreen Lotion Review

I’ve been using and loving the Neutrogena sunscreen for the longest time and was recommended the Rivela Tinted Sunscreen by my dermatologist. The word ‘tint’ is something that made me try this one out! After all, who doesn’t love products that can work in multiple ways? Now, let us get into the review.

The Rivela Tint Sunscreen Lotion by Cipla is a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 50 and provides protection against UVA and UVB sunrays. It is priced at Rs.418 for 50ml.

This sunscreen is great for people like me, who do not use foundations on a regular basis and prefer using something light. This product is essentially a sunscreen but also works like a BB cream! I use this daily with some compact and my face makeup is done! I’m on my second bottle of this one! It gives your skin a beautiful glow and hydrates it really well. Great for people with dry skin, as they can skip their moisturizer with this one.

The only disappointment is that it makes my skin rather oily looking and I’ve to always dust it with some compact. The best part is, it is paraben free and also water resistant!

Now, let us some up the pros and cons of this product:

  1. Sunscreen plus BB cream in one!
  2. SPF 50 with UVA & UVB protection
  3. Very hydrating
  4. Adds a glow to your skin
  5. Dermatologically tested
  6. Paraben free, non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic
  7. Water Resistant
  8. Pump dispenser makes it easy to use
  9. Affordable
  10. Easily available

  1. Not for oily skinned girls
  2. Has to be set with compact

Do give it a shot if you have dry skin and do not like using too many products everyday!

Let me know if you would like to give this sunscreen a shot and if you’ve already tried it, do share your experience with me in the comments section below!
